Choose your model

Both models offer the same core recording, on-device AI tracking and local storage. The difference is how they reach the internet for livestreaming.

• Standard Model: connects to Wi-Fi from an external Wi-Fi router or a 4G/5G router.
• 4G Model: connects directly over built-in 4G, with no external router. Requires an activated Nano-SIM with an active mobile data plan. The SIM card is not included.

Why the tripod matters

Automatic AI tracking works from a single fixed position that overlooks the pitch. The 4.8 m tripod raises the camera above the touchline and the quick-release adapter lets it be mounted and removed for setup and transport. Check the mount and camera position after every installation.

Recording and cloud service

No monthly or annual fee is required for core recording. Ballr cloud service is free, with no cloud-traffic or storage-space limits, and recordings can be kept indefinitely through free retention renewals. New recordings have a 30-day retention period. During the final 7 days, a club or team administrator can click Extend in Ballr Hub to add another 30 days, repeatedly and free of charge. Renew before expiry; permanent retention is not automatic without action. Livestreaming requires internet access.

Protection and battery life

The camera carries IP67 dust and water protection. Keep port covers and seals closed and intact; do not deliberately immerse or pressure-wash the camera. Up to approximately 8 hours of recording; actual battery life varies with mode, temperature, network and battery condition. This is not a guarantee of 8-hour 4G livestreaming.

Shipping

Camera and tripod ship in two separate parcels. Camera shipping is free on 2+ cameras in one order to one address; tripod shipping follows its own rates.

Tripod set

Free shipping to Mainland China and Hong Kong. International shipping is available for the destinations offered at checkout, with a separate oversized-item rate for one set. For multiple sets or an address without a shipping option, contact support@ballr.cc before ordering. The camera's DDP service does not apply to this set; see the shipping policy for customs conditions.

Outside Mainland China and Hong Kong, 2+ tripod sets (including camera bundles) require a shipping quote before payment.

Venezuela shipping — customs clearance excluded

Venezuela: shipping for one camera is CNY 1,500; camera shipping is free when the same order contains 2 or more cameras. Tripod-set shipping is CNY 1,300 per set, charged separately. Customs clearance is excluded for both items; contact support to confirm clearance arrangements and any duties or taxes. The store converts these amounts for other checkout currencies.

SIM card, router and mobile data plan are not included. Mobile-operator charges are separate from the camera price.
