Free worldwide shipping on every camera

The price you see is what you pay: door-to-door delivery, customs clearance, import duties and taxes are all included.

Tripod shipping is charged separately at checkout.

Applies to every destination we ship cameras to, except Venezuela (see its own shipping terms).

Venezuela shipping — customs clearance excluded

Venezuela: shipping for one camera is CNY 1,500; camera shipping is free when the same order contains 2 or more cameras. Tripod-set shipping is CNY 1,300 per set, charged separately. Customs clearance is excluded for both items; contact support to confirm clearance arrangements and any duties or taxes. The store converts these amounts for other checkout currencies.

Tripod shipping — important exception: the camera DDP service described below does not apply to separately shipped tripods. Australian tripod freight excludes customs brokerage/clearance fees and any duties or taxes not collected at checkout. If clearance is required, the recipient must assist the carrier and provide the requested information. AUD 1,000 is the low-value customs threshold, not CNY 1,000 and not a blanket tax exemption; GST may still apply, and a combined consignment can exceed the threshold.

Shipping & Delivery

Mainland China — free SF Express camera delivery
Camera orders delivered to Mainland China ship from our Guangzhou office via SF Express, with free shipping (shipping charge: CNY 0) and no minimum order amount. Delivery is usually 1–2 days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guarantee; actual delivery depends on the courier. This applies to Mainland China only, not Hong Kong, Macao or Taiwan. See the tripod-set section below for its separate shipping rules.

International shipping origin and route
International Ballr camera orders are prepared in China, transferred to our Hong Kong export and fulfillment location, and then shipped from Hong Kong to the destination country or region.

International processing and delivery time
International orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. International delivery normally takes 7–12 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by remote-area service, severe weather, public holidays, or circumstances outside the carrier's control.

International all-inclusive door-to-door shipping
Camera shipping is free: the camera price includes an all-inclusive Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) door-to-door service. It includes international freight, export handling, customs clearance, import duties and taxes, and final-mile courier delivery to the shipping address. Customers should not be asked to pay additional customs, duty, tax, or delivery charges for a standard delivery. If a carrier requests an unexpected payment, please contact support@ballr.cc before paying.

Camera shipment
The camera shipping package is approximately 40 × 30 × 20 cm and 2.8 kg.

Tracking
Tracking information will be sent after the order has been dispatched. For international orders, tracking activity may take several business days to update while the shipment is transferred through Hong Kong. Mainland China orders are shipped directly from Guangzhou and do not follow this export route.

Address and delivery responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and a reachable telephone number. Charges caused by an incorrect address, a customer-requested address change, or repeated failed delivery attempts are not part of the standard shipping service.

Lost or damaged packages
If a package is lost or arrives visibly damaged, contact support@ballr.cc as soon as possible with the order number, photographs, and any available carrier documentation. Ballr will investigate with the carrier and arrange the appropriate resolution.

Tripod set
Free shipping to Mainland China and Hong Kong. International shipping is available for the destinations offered at checkout, with a separate oversized-item rate for one set. For multiple sets or an address without a shipping option, contact support@ballr.cc before ordering. The camera's DDP service does not apply to this set; see the shipping policy for customs conditions.
