Shipping & Delivery
Shipping origin and route
Ballr camera orders are prepared in China, transferred to our Hong Kong export and fulfillment location, and then shipped from Hong Kong to the destination country or region.
Processing and delivery time
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. International delivery normally takes 7–12 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by remote-area service, severe weather, public holidays, or circumstances outside the carrier's control.
All-inclusive door-to-door shipping
The shipping charge shown at checkout is an all-inclusive Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) door-to-door service. It includes international freight, export handling, customs clearance, import duties and taxes, and final-mile courier delivery to the shipping address. Customers should not be asked to pay additional customs, duty, tax, or delivery charges for a standard delivery. If a carrier requests an unexpected payment, please contact support@ballr.cc before paying.
Camera shipment
The camera shipping package is approximately 40 × 30 × 20 cm and 2.8 kg.
Tracking
Tracking information will be sent after the order has been dispatched. Tracking activity may take several business days to update while the shipment is transferred through Hong Kong.
Address and delivery responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and a reachable telephone number. Charges caused by an incorrect address, a customer-requested address change, or repeated failed delivery attempts are not part of the standard shipping service.
Lost or damaged packages
If a package is lost or arrives visibly damaged, contact support@ballr.cc as soon as possible with the order number, photographs, and any available carrier documentation. Ballr will investigate with the carrier and arrange the appropriate resolution.
Tripods
Long tripods are not included with camera orders and are not offered for standard international shipping because of oversized-package restrictions.
